Jenny Harshbarger

Director of Human Resources

Born and raised in McVeytown, PA, Jenny lived in Nashville for many years before returning home and joining the family at R.H. Marcon, Inc. Jenny has many years of Human Resources experience in the construction industry. Now, as Director of H.R., Jenny focuses on employee training, engagement, and recruitment. Her favorite part of the job is being able to support R.H. Marcon, Inc.'s most important asset: the people.
