Raymond H. Marcon

Raymond H. Marcon, Founder

A 1968 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ray Marcon served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a manager of the roofing division of RNR construction before founding R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1981. He is a past president of Associated Builders and Contractors.

  Paul Tomczuk

Paul Tomczuk, President

Originally from Danbury Connecticut, Paul Tomczuk earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State in 1985 and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He spent nearly two decades practicing law with the State College law firm of McQuaide Blasko before he left to become part owner and Vice President of R.H. Marcon Inc. Tomczuk’s duties include managing day-to-day business operations, and he also acts as General Counsel to the corporation.

Eric Berrier

Eric Berrier,
Vice President of Operations

Eric has been with R.H. Marcon, Inc. for over 25 years, the last 10 of which he was a crew foreman. He is OSHA 10 & 30 Hour trained. As V.P. of Operations, his duties include, but are not limited to, purchasing, project scheduling, technical support for our site foremen and coordinating day-to-day work with General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Owners.

    John Mountz

John Mountz,
Maintenance Manager

John has been a vital part of R.H. Marcon, Inc. for more than 25 years. He was originally a Maintenance Foreman before he left to serve in the U.S. military in Kosovo. Upon his return, the maintenance program was created and he was chosen to oversee the new department and supervise three foremen. John plays a critical role in dispatching crews to troubleshoot roof issues and maintaining customer's roofs through roof maintenance programs.

Charles F. Wild

Charles F. Wild, CEO

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1973, Charles "Fritz" Wild was a roofer for RNR Construction and then a field technical advisor for the Trocal roofing division of Dynamit Nobel of America Inc. He became a stockholder/ owner of R.H. Marcon Inc. in 1982.

Anthony Marcon

Anthony Marcon,
Vice President

After graduating high school and before entering college, Anthony worked for R.H. Marcon, Inc. as a roofing laborer for several years. He earned his undergraduate degree in Construction Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2011. After graduation, he joined R.H. Marcon, Inc. as an estimator and project manager. He is the son of the Founder and looks forward to carrying on the professionalism and exemplary customer service of R.H. Marcon, Inc.

William A. Beard

William A. Beard,
Senior Estimator

In 1981, three years after studying at Pennsylvania State University, William Beard became an R.H. Marcon Inc. employee. He has worked for Marcon as a roofer, and leak
finder/troubleshooter and currently is a Senior Estimator and Project Manager.

Scott W. Holdren

Scott W. Holdren,
Sheet Metal Project Manager

For over 20 years, Scott has worked for R.H. Marcon, Inc. as a skilled craftsman in architectural sheet metal. He has been a project manager for several large R.H. Marcon, Inc. sheet metal jobs throughout the United States. Scott is a certified wall panel installer; a certification that makes him specialized to install various types of architectural grade wall panels. He currently oversees placement and operations of our sheet metal crews.

Ryan Glasgow

Ryan Glasgow,
Estimator/Project Manager

Ryan began working for R.H. Marcon, Inc. in 2011 after completing his undergraduate degree in Computer Aided Drafting from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. His initial position was a sheet metal worker installing architectural sheet metal roofing systems. He currently is an Estimator/Project Manager. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, estimating public and private work, managing projects, procuring specialty materials, and assisting with social media.

Marcon Inc.’s senior managers continue to enhance and update their roofing knowledge by attending seminars hosted by roofing and construction industry trade groups such as Associated Builders and Contractors, Roofing Industry Educational Institute and National Roofing Contractors Association.
